Lower Blood Pressure with a Kiss?

kissdarkA single Hershey’s Kiss each day may help lower your blood pressure.  That one Kiss is about 30 calories.  I would love to say it’s recommended that we eat about 25 of them a day, but that wouldn’t be true.  That 30 calories is all that’s needed. 

Actually, any form of chocolate will do, I’ve just named my favorite.  It is recommended, however, that it be nonsweetened or minimally sweetened dark chocolate (with about 70% cocoa in it).

It’s the cocoa in the candy that can not only reduce blood pressure but also reduce blood clotting, improve blood flow, or even improve cholesterol levels.
